Meadowlark Lemon’s son, George Lemon is also involved in sports as a coach of Linfield College in rural McMinnville, Oregon. He has four sons, Meadowlark’s grandchildren, that play for the Linfield football team; Chet, Mychal, Bubba and Chase Lemon.
